Mentorship

Implement and carry out SLC Chapter 90’s uniquely created mentorship program. Create a meaningful and mutually beneficial experience between mentors and mentees. By bringing together women from all walks of life and experiences in the construction industry. The program will allow every woman the opportunity to develop both professional and personal skills. We can each have a unique experience that is most important to individual needs. This initiative lays out the blueprint for success, however the success of this program rests on all our members. We need women who are wanting to participate, be accountable and share their knowledge with others.
